Emissão dedicada ao pintor by Sámal Joensen-Mikines (1906-1979). A série com quatro selos foi emitida em 07.10.1991 e representa quatro pinturas do referido pintor.

Issue dedicated to the painter by Samal Joensen-mikina (1906-1979). The series of four stamps was issued on 07.10.1991 and represents four paintings of the painter.

340 oyru - Líkskari (Funeral Procession) 1951, 60x88 cm, Private ownership
370 oyru - Fráferðin (The Farewell), 1955, 100x150cm, Listasavn Føroya.
550 oyru - Handanágarður, 1957, 65x80cm, private property.
1300 oyru - Vetrarmorgun (Winter Morning), 1958, 105x120cm, Listasavn Føroya.
